Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked dal / sabzi / upma / poha

  • 1 handful fresh microgreens

  • Few drops of lemon juice (optional)

Method

  1. Prepare your dish as usual.

  2. Just before serving, sprinkle fresh microgreens on top.

  3. Add lemon juice if desired.
