Best microgreens: Coriander, Fenugreek, Radish
Ingredients
1 cup cooked dal / sabzi / upma / poha
1 handful fresh microgreens
Few drops of lemon juice (optional)
Method
Prepare your dish as usual.
Just before serving, sprinkle fresh microgreens on top.
Add lemon juice if desired.
