Best Microgreens: Broccoli, Radish, Pea Shoots
Ingredients
1 cup mixed microgreens
1 cucumber (sliced)
1 tomato (chopped)
½ avocado (cubed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Method
Add all vegetables and microgreens to a bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
Season lightly and toss gently.
