No Returns Policy
Verdinte Microgreens deals exclusively in fresh and perishable produce. Due to the nature of these products, we maintain a strict No Returns Policy.
Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it shall be deemed final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases expressly covered under the “Damages and Issues” section below and subject to our verification.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Damages and Issues
Customers are required to inspect their order immediately at the time of delivery.
If the product is spoiled, damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, the customer must notify us at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of receipt, along with clear photographic evidence sent to verdintemicrogreens@gmail.com.
Failure to report issues within the stated timeframe shall be deemed as acceptance of the order in good condition, and no claims shall be entertained thereafter.
All complaints are subject to verification by Verdinte Microgreens. We reserve the sole right to determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or store credit (if any) is warranted. Our decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
Subscriptions (If Applicable)
All subscription plans offered by Verdinte Microgreens are prepaid and non-recurring in nature unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Upon successful receipt of payment, the subscription shall be considered confirmed. Subscription orders once confirmed cannot be canceled, modified, transferred, or refunded.
Verdinte Microgreens is under no obligation to cancel any subscription or refund any payment received toward a subscription plan. Any cancellation requests may be submitted to verdintemicrogreens@gmail.com and will be reviewed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to retain all or part of the payment received.
Refunds (If Approved)
Our delivery personnel are not authorized to issue refunds at the time of delivery.
Refunds, if approved after review and verification, will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, at our discretion.
To process a refund request, we may require:
Photographic evidence taken at the time of delivery
Delivery confirmation records
Any additional information necessary for verification
Verdinte Microgreens reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion.
Third-Party Delivery Platforms
Orders placed through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Hyperpure, Blinkit, Instamart or other delivery aggregators) shall be governed by the respective platform’s return and refund policies. Verdinte Microgreens shall not be responsible for handling or resolving refund or return claims for such orders unless required under applicable law.
