Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed only upon successful receipt and confirmation of full payment. Dispatch of an order will be scheduled once all products included in the order are available in the required quantities and meet our quality standards.

We deal exclusively in fresh and perishable produce, dispatch timelines may vary based on harvesting schedules, product availability, quality checks, order volume, and operational considerations. Estimated dispatch timelines may range from the same day up to seven (7) business days from the date of order confirmation. Any timelines communicated are indicative in nature and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery commitments unless expressly confirmed in writing by us.

We reserve the right to determine the mode of shipment, logistics partner, packaging method, and dispatch schedule at its sole discretion, in compliance with applicable laws and food safety regulations.

Customers who require delivery within a specific timeframe must contact us at verdintemicrogreens@gmail.com prior to placing the order or immediately after order confirmation. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, delivery within a specified timeframe is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by us.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, logistical disruptions, supply chain constraints, weather conditions, force majeure events, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be held liable for delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines provided by third-party logistics providers are estimates only. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
